Estate of Moses Carter was dated November 3, 1819. The administrator was William Carter and was sworn to by M. Myers. Bonds were provided by William Carter, John Carter, and Joseph Tillman ($300 bond). Subsequently, on November 6, 1819, Nicholas Carter (through his attorney Levi G. D'Lyon) seeks a distribution of the estate from William Carter.
